A natural improvisor, Glynn Nicholas was drawn to “Theatre Sports” when it first hit Australia in the mid 80’s.
He went on to compete with his Adelaide team “Plastic Max” in the “Cranston Cup, the inaugural national championship, held at Belvoir Street Theatre in Sydney. The event was hosted by Andrew Denton and Plastic Max finished third, crushed by the Sydney champs “The Southern Cross All Stars.”
Glynn often co-emceed Theatre Sports in Adelaide with Geoffrey Rush.
